Pristine Marine - Terms of Service & Work Agreement
Effective Date: January 1, 2025
1. Scope of Work
Pristine Marine agrees to provide marine upholstery, flooring, and canvas services, including installation,
fabrication, and adjustments based on customer needs. All work will be carried out by trained professionals
using best industry practices.
2. Labor & Billing
Labor is billed at a standard hourly rate, currently $125/hour unless otherwise stated. Customers are billed for
the actual time spent on-site performing services. All time is logged by our technicians and verified internally.
3. Customer Presence and Communication
Customers are encouraged to be present during service when possible. Any change requests or concerns
must be addressed directly with Pristine Marine staff during or immediately after service completion.
4. Deposits and Payments
Some services require a deposit before work begins. All remaining balances are due upon completion or
according to invoice terms. Pristine Marine reserves the right to halt work if payments are delayed or
disputed.
5. Modifications and Safety Refusals
Pristine Marine reserves the right to refuse any requested modification that in our professional opinion could
compromise the safety, functionality, or structural integrity of the boat or components, or expose the company
to liability.
6. Material Handling
Customer-supplied parts or materials are accepted at the customer's risk. Pristine Marine is not responsible
for defects, damages, or failure caused by parts or materials not sourced or recommended by our team.
7. Dispute Resolution
If there is a disagreement regarding billing, materials, or workmanship, customers must first contact Pristine Marine to attempt a resolution before initiating a third-party dispute. Any unauthorized chargebacks will beconsidered a breach of this agreement.

8. Workmanship Guarantee
Pristine Marine stands behind its craftsmanship and will address any confirmed defects or workmanship
issues within 30 days of completion. This guarantee does not cover damage from misuse, improper
modifications, or third-party interference.
9. Acceptance of Terms
By requesting services from Pristine Marine and submitting payment or allowing work to begin, the customer
acknowledges acceptance of these Terms of Service.
